This homespun and rhinestone project will help remind you of the true reason that we celebrate during this Christmas season. This project is fast and easy and it can be displayed on a protected exterior door on anywhere inside your home. We have one hanging on the door between our game room and our kitchen.

The solid red part of the wall hanging was made with a prequilted polyester/cotton material which the iron on rhinestone transfer adhered to perfectly. The homespun plaids that are framing the rhinestone design are the Red Delicious fabrics accented with an under layer of Christmas green homespun.
We've included some step by step pictures and some brief instructions for this project. You'll have to calculate your own materials list because the quantities would depend on the size of the project. The wall hanging can be easily sized according to the type of embellishment you intend to use in the center.
